You can choose between two types of alerts, depending on how fast you want to receive information:
- 📩 Real-Time Mention Alerts (every 15 minutes or every 2 hours)
Get notified as soon as new mentions matching your saved reports appear. Emails are sent automatically throughout the day with the most recent updates. Ideal for fast response and live monitoring. - 🗂️ Summary Emails (daily or weekly)
Receive a digest of new mentions from your saved reports. Perfect for overviewing developments without information overload.
Each alert is based on your saved reports, so you’ll be alerted when new content matches your selected terms.
⚙️ How It Works Behind the Scenes
- 🧠 NewsVibe continuously scans new content from curated sources in real-time.
- ⏱️ Every 15 minutes, the system checks for matches with your saved search criteria.
- 📬 When relevant content appears, an email alert is generated (every 15 minutes or every 2 hours, depending on your choice)
- 🚫 Each alert email includes up to 10 of the most impactful new mentions, sorted by impact score.
- 🔗 The full list of mentions (including links and detailed info) is always available in your web-based dashboard.
While there may be a short delay (a few minutes) in alert delivery due to processing time, all data is available in real-time in the NewsVibe app.
